MicroMAXIMAL; a trend developed in collaboration with product and textile designers to address our increasing restlessness and desire for change.

 

Aimed at being 'physically minimal, yet visually maximal'.

Consumers are encouraged to collect -and contain- bright, colourful trinkets that may be considered as waste. A brightly coloured button, a piece of fabric, a bright yellow rubber band. It was thought that through the containment of these objects, and the curation of them, that we may place a higher value on these objects, and find satisfaction through collecting existing objects rather than consuming new ones.
